Lead, mentor, and develop a team of TPMs, providing guidance and career development support
Oversee and drive the successful delivery of multiple enterprise applications and technology projects
Act as a key escalation point for project risks, proactively identifying and implementing mitigation strategies
Serve as a primary leader in both instilling Organization Change Enablement (OCE) as a core and embedded aspect of all projects
Provide clear, consistent project updates to leadership, highlighting key milestones, risks, and dependencies
Contribute to the development and refinement of PMO methodologies, tools, and best practices

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification preferred
7+ years of project management experience, with a focus on enterprise technology deployments and application rollouts
3+ years of experience leading and mentoring project managers or cross-functional teams
Experience managing multiple complex projects across a global organization
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR) is a plus
