About the role
- Drive day to day third party due diligence through: Support of the implementation of consistent methodologies for inherent risk assessments, control effectiveness, reassessment /ongoing monitoring, and issues management
- Handle, review and clear or escalate third-party due diligence alerts.
- Provide process level training and awareness efforts to improve internal understanding of due diligence processes and requirements
- Monitoring compliance with program policies and internal SLAs and identify compliance gaps and enhancement opportunities
- Support the development and evolution of reporting capabilities.
- Monitor process efficiency. Identify and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement procedural and system improvements.
- Review and update of compliance manuals, policies, processes, and procedures
- Perform other work as assigned in support of the Global Corporate Compliance Program, including assisting with training content, risk assessments, program reporting, and control implementations.
Requirements
- Two-Three (2-3) years of experience providing high-level administrative or process support.
- Demonstrable experience with and substantive understanding of third party due diligence and risk management principles and methodologies.
- Exemplary organization skills, process orientation, and time management
- Ability to exercise good judgment and take ownership of issues and matters to their successful conclusion.
- Ability to think critically, solve problems and drive efficiencies using metrics and information
- Responsiveness to priority shifts in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates high level of integrity.
- Travel required is expected to be up to 10% but may increase over time as the business evolves.
