• Own calendaring and scheduling across the Enablement team, including program sessions, stakeholder syncs, and team meetings — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Drive end-to-end program management for enablement initiatives, tracking milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to keep projects on schedule.
• Build and maintain an operating rhythm for the team — weekly standups, monthly reviews, quarterly planning cycles — so the team operates with clarity and consistency.

Revenue Enablement Coordinator

People Operations

• Lead and scale the People Ops function, managing a team responsible for end-to-end employee lifecycle administration including onboarding, offboarding, data integrity, immigration, and global mobility across our entities (US, Canada, Ireland, England, Australia, and Israel)
• Assess the current state of People Ops processes, establish a clear operating model and strategy, and build the structure and processes needed to support Vanta's continued growth
• Own the day-to-day operational excellence of core People Ops processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high-quality employee experience in every region

• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through close: Drive sourcing strategy across passive and active pipelines, manage candidates end-to-end, extend offers, and close hires while delivering an excellent candidate experience from first outreach through day one.
• Build and scale proactive design talent pipelines: Develop and maintain high-quality, forward-looking pipelines across design disciplines, ensuring strong talent is engaged ahead of hiring needs. Continuously refine sourcing strategies to improve pipeline quality and hiring velocity.

• Build and maintain deep, multi-threaded executive relationships with CISOs, CIOs, Chief Compliance Officers, and other C-level stakeholders
