Serve as a trusted thought partner, consultant and coach to senior leaders across the Sales organization
Be the primary point of contact on all people-related matters for global Sales team members at all levels
Provide support, guidance and thought leadership on areas such as performance management, change management, employee relations, workforce and talent planning, career development, manager development
Collect and analyze data to deliver insights and drive recommendations that support the business
Assess organizational health and effectiveness on a regular basis and identify opportunities to drive improvements and efficiencies
Drive the project management and execution of critical People programs such as performance reviews, compensation planning, talent reviews, and engagement surveys
In partnership with cross-functional stakeholders and the broader People team, build and implement top-tier, scalable programs and policies to attract, retain and grow outstanding talent at Vanta
Be embedded with GTM revenue teams to lead change management, organizational design, and people initiatives that engage, grow, and retain talent
Requirements
6+ years of experience as a People Business Partner influencing senior leaders in fast-paced, high-growth environments, including 2+ years directly supporting Sales leadership
Demonstrated expertise owning headcount planning and workforce management in close partnership with Recruiting, RevOps, Finance, and Sales leaders
Strong business acumen with curiosity to deeply understand both the business model and the unique drivers of GTM organizations
Creative and resilient problem solver with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity with confidence
Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a track record of driving initiatives from strategy to execution
Skilled at analyzing data and translating insights into clear recommendations, while staying resourceful when data is incomplete or unavailable
Action-oriented mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and deliver results in partnership with your teams
