Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in a full-time engineering leadership role managing teams of 6-8+ engineers
- Strong decision maker who effectively balances ambiguity, available data, speed, and quality
- Experience managing and upleveling senior individual contributors
- Proven track record of guiding product and long term technical strategy
- Participation in developing or driving engineering-wide initiatives (recruiting processes, career frameworks, etc.) in a prior role
- Must be based in the U.S. (job listed as Remote U.S.)
