About the role
- Lead the technical implementation for our largest Enterprise customers, ensuring successful deployment of Vanta’s Trust Management Platform.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their security and compliance requirements, and design tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Participate in customer pre- and post-sales scoping calls, and engage in ongoing, recurring collaboration with customers; including but not limited to kick-off calls, executive business reviews, audit readiness conversations and partner meetings.
- Provide expert guidance on Vanta’s platform capabilities, best practices, and integration strategies.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to influence product enhancements and address customer feedback.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers to ensure they are fully equipped to use Vanta’s platform effectively.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic Enterprise customers, building strong relationships and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of technical experience, as well as 3+ years being customer-facing in a Solution Architect or similar role, preferably within the security or compliance industry supporting large Enterprise customers.
- You are proficient in one or more of the following languages: Python, Java, C#, Ruby, or .NET.
- You have a solid understanding of the application development lifecycle and RESTful API design concepts, with considerable experience in scripting against APIs.
- Strong technical background, with proficiency in security protocols, cloud infrastructure, and software integration.
- You thrive in dynamic environments where ambiguity is common
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent project management skills and proven track record of successfully leading large-scale enterprise implementations.
- Experience handling client expectations and project scope during all stages of a customer journey
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
