About the role
- Own end-to-end delivery of the company’s internal events programs for company-level gatherings and team offsites
- Partner closely with People, Finance, Workplace, and Executive Business Partners
- Provide support for appropriate levels of in-person collaboration
- Translate strategy into repeatable programs and operational artifacts
- Be the primary owner for major programs including team offsites
- Manage event budgets and vendor relationships
- Socialize and operationalize the FY27 internal events strategy across all Managers, People, Finance, Workplace and Executive Business Partners
Requirements
- 5+ years experience owning internal or corporate events end-to-end
- Experience with event budgets, vendor negotiation, contract workflows, and stakeholder management
- Strong program and project management skills
- Stakeholder communications and influence
- Strong operational attention to detail, calm under pressure, and the ability to scale processes and playbooks
