About the role
- Serve as a trusted thought partner, consultant, and coach to leaders across the Solutions Engineering and Revenue Operations organizations.
- Be the primary point of contact on all people-related matters for SE & RevOps team members, supporting employees and managers at all levels.
- Provide guidance and thought leadership on performance management, change management, employee relations, talent planning, career development, and manager enablement.
- Collect and analyze data to generate insights, identify trends, and provide recommendations that support organizational priorities and stronger business outcomes.
- Assess organizational health and effectiveness on an ongoing basis, surfacing opportunities to improve clarity, efficiency, team structure, and ways of working.
- Lead the project management and execution of key People programs—including performance reviews, compensation processes, talent reviews, and engagement survey action planning—for your client groups.
- In partnership with cross-functional stakeholders and the broader People team, build and implement scalable, well-designed programs and policies that help attract, develop, and retain outstanding talent at Vanta.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a People Partner in fast-paced, high-growth environments, ideally supporting GTM leadership.
- Strong business acumen with the curiosity to deeply understand Vanta’s business model and the operational drivers of Solutions Engineering and RevOps.
- Trusted coach and advisor with a track record of building strong relationships, influencing decisions, and using sound judgment in complex situations.
- Expertise across core PBP domains including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational health.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to design, lead, and execute initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Data-fluent and insight-driven, using both AI-enabled tools and traditional analyses to surface trends, synthesize information, and translate insights into clear, actionable, and scalable recommendations.
- Resourceful and action-oriented, comfortable rolling up your sleeves and partnering closely with teams to drive outcomes.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, approaching challenges with creativity, resilience, and practical problem-solving.
