About the role
- Own the end-to-end People Enablement strategy, from vision and program design to execution and scaling
- Lead and refine company-wide onboarding to set new Vanta’ns up for success
- Build and deliver programs that develop strong, effective managers
- Create pathways that prepare leaders for greater scope and impact
- Select and manage platforms that enable scalable, self-service learning
- Track program effectiveness, gather feedback, and iterate to maximize impact and retention
- Collaborate with People Partners and the Talent/Performance Programs Lead to align initiatives with business priorities
- Build, lead, and inspire a small but mighty team to deliver high-quality enablement programs
- Measure impact, use feedback and data to iterate, and ensure programs grow with the business
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, People Enablement, or related fields, with at least 2 years leading teams
- Proven track record in designing and scaling onboarding, manager, and leadership development programs in high-growth environments
- Strong business acumen with the ability to link people development initiatives to company performance and culture
- Skilled in leveraging learning platforms and tools to create engaging, scalable learning experiences
- Exceptional collaborator and communicator, with experience influencing and partnering across all levels of an organization
