Define and execute technical strategy for a unified monetization platform that integrates seamlessly with Finance and GTM Ops, supports multiple sales models (self-serve, direct enterprise, and partner-driven) and establishes shared best practices in data modeling, distributed systems design, and developer experience
Platformize entitlements, purchasing and billing—enabling other product teams to manage customer access and pricing logic through scalable, well-defined APIs and reusable UX components
Champion operational excellence, promoting strong engineering practices, sustainable delivery, and high reliability as the team scales.
Requirements
3+ years of experience managing and scaling technical teams of six or more engineers.
Proven success leading teams that build and scale backend or platform systems in transaction-heavy domains
Have a track record of guiding product and long term technical strategy.
Be a strong decision maker who effectively balances ambiguity, available data, speed, and quality
Have experience hiring, managing and upleveling senior individual contributors.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills across engineering, product, and go-to-market stakeholders
