About the role
- Develop the Vansil portfolio in the Livestock Unit;
- Develop and support Vansil's sales team and client sales teams;
- Manage the current client portfolio and prospect new clients;
- Identify needs and opportunities with clients and prospects;
- Identify commercial opportunities for the products;
- Actively conduct visits to direct and indirect customers, reporting visits and sales through the provided tools;
- Identify market changes and competitor actions;
- Implement brand and product positioning strategies, working together with Marketing (market research; gathering technical and commercial information) and reporting field performance of our products;
- Responsible for executing the action plan for the area;
- Manage the customer portfolio for the area of responsibility and prepare sales reports;
- Disseminate knowledge of our product line through training sessions, events, and presentations;
- Meet quantitative and qualitative objectives;
- Implement sales strategies with representatives, distributors, and customers;
- Comply with all Vansil procedures and policies;
- Availability to travel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Agronomy, or related fields.
