Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Vans’ most complex digital wholesale partnerships with Amazon
Own the commercial strategy, execution, and performance of Amazon and select online wholesale partners
Develop and execute account-level growth strategies
Partner closely with Marketing and Media teams for demand generation strategies
Oversee forecast accuracy, order book health, and replenishment performance
Serve as the internal Amazon and digital marketplace expert

Requirements

What you’ll need

7-10+ years of experience in managing Amazon or digital marketplace
Deep, hands-on experience managing Amazon (Vendor or Seller)
Strong understanding of platform mechanics, retail media, content, operations, and analytics
Ability to set account vision and prioritize initiatives
Strong command of retail math, forecasting, inventory productivity, and performance metrics
Proven success partnering with Marketing, Planning, Operations, and Finance
Strong understanding of digital wholesale operations
Ability to clearly articulate insights and recommendations to senior leaders
