Partner with business leaders to develop action plans
Educate, train and challenge regional leaders and team members
Escalation point for high-risk loss prevention situations
Develop reduction strategies for high shrink stores
Provide feedback and industry best practices
Requirements
6+ years of experience in Loss Prevention
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years general management experience in the Loss Prevention field - OR- an equivalent combination of experience and training
Ability to read and interpret documents such as employment handbook, safety rules, and policies and procedures manuals
Ability to write routine business correspondence
Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, and percentages
Experience in analytics, able to draw conclusions from data sets
Wicklander and CFI certification strongly preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
