Oversee the design and continuous improvement of the marketing website and digital platforms
Support the design and development of the new website and large scale editorial design projects
Create internal and external assets, including print materials, illustrations, and digital content
Define visual styles across mediums, including art directing photography, developing illustration styles, and defining diagrams and data visualizations
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and executive teams to ensure brand consistency and integration
Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to keep the brand at the forefront of design innovation
Design branded merchandise (company swag)
Requirements
5+ years of brand design experience with a proven track record of leading brand initiatives for at least 3 years in-house
A portfolio that demonstrates innovative brand work, strong conceptual thinking, and excellence in typography, illustration, and visual design
Strong interpersonal skills with experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
