About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently manage B2B clients for sustainable promotional products
- Prepare quotes and perform cost calculations
- Manage order processing with suppliers
- Ongoing monitoring of your projects with the client
- Prepare quotes, order confirmations, delivery notes and invoices
- Maintain and develop customer relationships
- Coordinate projects with the creative and sales teams
- Attend trade shows and networking events to acquire new customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in inside sales or comparable roles
- Excellent communication skills and customer focus
- Interest in sustainable and creative promotional products
- Team-player mentality and the ability to work independently
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
