About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Document current (“as-is”) workflows and design improved (“to-be”) processes to enhance operational efficiency and user experience
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements in collaboration with the development team
Leverage data-driven insights to assess solution feasibility, business impact, and alignment with strategic objectives
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, resource planning, dependencies, and delivery estimates
Drive Agile delivery ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives)
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, blockers and delivery concerns
Coordinate with development, QA, and business stakeholders to support testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation readiness, and successful production deployment
Maintain accurate project plans, status reporting, RAID logs, and delivery documentation.
Facilitate alignment between business, technical, and operational stakeholders throughout project delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Project Management, IT Project Management, Business Analysis, or related technology delivery roles
Proven experience leading software development lifecycle (SDLC) initiatives using Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience managing cross-functional technology projects involving business stakeholders, engineering teams, QA, and operational users
Strong understanding of requirements management, delivery governance, risk management, and solution implementation practices
Experience working within fast-paced, evolving technology environments with multiple concurrent priorities preferred.
Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PMI-PBA, CBAP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent certifications.
