About the role
- Conduct market analysis and leverage customer feedback to identify new opportunities for software solutions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI designers, and QA teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality software products.
- Lead Agile development cycles, monitor progress, and address any blockers or risks to ensure timely delivery.
- Lead and motivate software engineers, designers, and QA teams to meet project goals with a focus on quality and innovation.
- Gain deep insights into user workflows, pain points, and desired outcomes to prioritize features and technical solutions.
- Present product visions, roadmaps, and technical strategies to internal teams and external clients clearly and persuasively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field; additional technical certifications beneficial.
- 8+ years of experience in product management within a software development environment, with a proven track record of delivering SaaS, web, or mobile products.
- Strong technical background with familiarity in software development lifecycle, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.), and modern development frameworks.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
- Exceptional leadership, English communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable language for stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality products under pressure.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for designing intuitive, scalable software solutions.
- Creative problem-solver with a curious and innovative approach to product development.
