About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead large-scale projects and multi-year programmes supporting Vanguard Europe's strategic objectives
Own end-to-end project delivery from initiation and planning through execution, implementation, and benefits realisation
Drive programme governance, planning, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and change management
Build partnerships with senior leaders, subject matter experts, and external vendors
Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and obstacles; provide recommendations to senior stakeholders
Influence across multiple business functions to ensure successful delivery
Support broader Strategic Services priorities
Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant project management experience within asset management, investments, or investment platform environments
Proven track record delivering strategic, operational, and regulatory change initiatives
Experience managing complex stakeholder landscapes and influencing senior executives
Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while balancing changing priorities
Strong project governance, planning, and delivery expertise
Exceptional attention to detail
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and hybrid delivery frameworks
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
