Requirements
Proven experience in cross-functional leadership and strategic thinking
Strong collaboration skills across various divisions and organizations
Executive presence and the ability to influence and communicate effectively
Strong understanding in AI/ML, analytics, and technology architecture, including MarTech
Ability to manage complex programs and engage deeply with stakeholders
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to make informed decisions
Business acumen to define strategies and inform annual planning
