Key responsibilities & impact

Consults with clients to evaluate needs.
Research resolutions for client issues and supports strategies for process improvement.
Builds internal relationships to collaboratively resolve client issues.
Facilitates the creation of solutions across internal teams to address client inquiries.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of five years related work experience.
Five years experience in Client Services, Relationship Management and/or Vanguard Workplace Solutions preferred.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Regulatory license and/or registration (e.g. FINRA, state, SFC) is required.
Experience with the Vanguard recordkeeping offer and process required.
Client travel is required.
