About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development, implementation, and oversight of change and communication strategies for transformation initiatives
Design and implement best practices, governance, and structured processes for capacity planning
Work closely with key business partners and stakeholders to understand evolving needs
Develop and lead communication and engagement plans for transformation and change initiatives
Establish measures of success for change adoption
Build and maintain cross-functional strategic relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of eight years’ experience in business transformation, organizational change management, or process improvement
At least five years in a leadership or specialist capacity
Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech/B.A./B.Sc.) in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Information Technology, or related field is required
Graduate degree preferred
