About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the development, implementation, and oversight of change and communication strategies for transformation initiatives
  • Design and implement best practices, governance, and structured processes for capacity planning
  • Work closely with key business partners and stakeholders to understand evolving needs
  • Develop and lead communication and engagement plans for transformation and change initiatives
  • Establish measures of success for change adoption
  • Build and maintain cross-functional strategic relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of eight years’ experience in business transformation, organizational change management, or process improvement
  • At least five years in a leadership or specialist capacity
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech/B.A./B.Sc.) in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Information Technology, or related field is required
  • Graduate degree preferred
