About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead design, production, and continuous enhancement of enterprise scorecard and related executive reporting
- Synthesize financial and operational data into clear, concise materials for executive leadership; identify trends, risks, and opportunities; provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Partner with finance, strategy, and data teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of metrics and outputs
- Serve as a trusted advisor on performance measurement and scorecard interpretation; translate complex datasets into compelling narratives tailored for executive audiences
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes, enhance automation, and improve visualization of insights
- Provide analytical support for other enterprise initiatives & develop ad hoc analyses to inform key decisions and priorities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis or data analytics
- Strong understanding of Key Performance Indicators and their impact on business strategy
- Proficiency In data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerAutomate, and/or visualization tools like PowerBI/Tableau
- Attention to detail to be the final quality pass for executive-ready materials
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex data and insights to executive stakeholders.
