About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and lead the UX strategy for plan sponsor and consultant journeys across Workplace Solutions
- Replace fragmented, legacy workflows with connected, digitally-enabled solutions
- Embed deep B2B insights into product, service, and operational design
- Partner across Product, Technology, Operations, and Sales to align on enterprise priorities and investments
- Oversee design, research, content, and UX operations—building a high-performing, innovative team
- Establish standards, frameworks, and metrics to continuously improve experience outcomes
- Leverage data, emerging technologies, and modern platforms to enhance usability and efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of relevant experience, including UX, product design, or digital strategy leadership
- Experience leading teams and delivering measurable business and client outcomes
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
