About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Under supervision of Trust Advisor, interpret trust and will documents and applicable law to ensure the proper set-up of account records
- Communicate with beneficiaries and co-executors or co-trustees to outline administrative procedures
- Handle ongoing day-to-day administration of accounts, including coordinating and facilitating transactions, new account openings, trust terminations, and account reviews
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and their advisors
- Prepare client presentation materials and participate in client meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Three years of experience in the wealth management industry required
- Experience in the administration and support of trust and estates space preferred
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation required
