About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the implementation and integration of advanced network technologies
Provide expert-level network design and troubleshooting support
Serve as an escalation point for complex telecom network issues
Continuously monitor network system performance and analyze trends
Conduct network capacity planning by tracking key performance metrics
Mentor and train team members
Plan, design, and deploy data and voice network infrastructure
Maintain comprehensive telecom network documentation
Define and document network architecture
Leverage automation tools and scripting for routine tasks
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of five years related work experience
Network administration, including advanced troubleshooting, network design, and implementation
Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of training and experience
Experience with Cisco Catalyst Center, ISE, and Catalyst 9k switches, HPE Aruba Wireless Mobility Infrastructure, and Clearpass
Expertise in routing, switching, and network security (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS)
Cloud networking (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Proficiency in network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Wireshark)
Automation/scripting (Python, PowerShell)
Strong problem-solving skills
