About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Directors to strategically develop and drive new Recordkeeping and Investment business.
- Serve as a strategic partner, aligning long-term plans with evolving business needs.
- Cultivate deep connections with your Key Account team, business partners, and consultants, to deliver value.
- Work with teams across Workplace Solutions, Financial Advisor Services, Investment Management, and others to deliver a seamless experience and a compelling offer.
- Influence Vanguard’s competitive positioning by understanding consultant dynamics at the individual, field, and home office level.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum five years general experience or five years industry with some experience working with defined contribution plans preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the recordkeeping retirement landscape.
- This job requires Series 6 (or Series 7) and Series 63 licensing and/or registration (e.g. FINRA, state, SFC).
