About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coach and mentor a team of tenured sales professionals
  • Set clear goals and expectations, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback
  • Oversee the team's interactions with prospects and clients
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the team's performance
  • Foster a collaborative environment across different sites
  • Lead the onboarding process for new apprentices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of five years related work experience
  • Previous people leadership experience preferred
  • Prior experience in sales and business development organization preferred
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Graduate degree preferred
  • Licenses required for the role: Series 7, 66, and 24. It is strongly preferred that applicants currently hold these licenses.
