Key responsibilities & impact

Support a cross‑functional AI Governance Council
Coordinate execution across Enterprise Risk workstreams
Drive implementation of governance outcomes aligned to Vanguard’s enterprise AI operating priorities
Serve as a project management lead for building and delivering a multi‑year AI, Data, and Model Risk Management program
Help develop and implement enterprise standards, risk methodologies, and risk appetite frameworks

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 8 years of relevant experience
Minimum of 5 years in project management, stakeholder engagement, or process improvement roles
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Lean Management, Six Sigma and / or process mapping expertise preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and project reporting tools
