About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and govern the integrated onboarding and training delivery roadmap
  • Serve as primary owner of onboarding and training operational dependencies
  • Oversee end-to-end onboarding funnel management
  • Translate headcount projections into training demand
  • Own onboarding and training data strategy
  • Deliver regular executive-level reporting on onboarding throughput
  • Establish and maintain operational governance
  • Lead stakeholder communication and alignment on onboarding plans
  • Identify systemic gaps and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure onboarding and training operations support audit and compliance requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience
  • 5 Years of strong background in business project management
  • Stakeholder engagement and process optimization
  • Bachelor’s degree (BBA / B.Com / BMS) or MBA
  • Expertise in project management methodologies
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to analyze business challenges
  • Develop strategic roadmaps and implement process improvements
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
