Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the Investment Performance Modernization initiative in AWMT
Drive Mainframe modernization to AWS (Glue, PySpark, Redshift)
Own end-to-end delivery, risks, and stakeholder alignment
Ensure scalable, reliable, and high-quality data solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong AWS background
Modernization / cloud migration experience
Wealth Management / Investment performance / financial domain knowledge (Nice to have)
Experience leading shared platforms or enablement teams
Strong background in test automation and CI/CD integration
Systems‑level thinking about quality, risk, and delivery tradeoffs
