Client Service Representative I

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the liaison for Vanguard Workplace clients
- Partner with Client Services, Implementation Services, Operations, Trust Services, Participant Services
- Coordinate resolution of processing and administrative issues
- Communicate issues related to daily plan administration
- Analyze operational issues and identify trends
- Recommend strategic plan and workflow changes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of two years related work experience in the Financial Services industry
- Experience in client services preferred
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required
- Client Relationship Management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products preferred
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask
- Analytical and detail oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to exercise good judgment in decision-making
- Excellent time management skills
