Key responsibilities & impact
  • Leads a team responsible for the strategic vision and roadmap for Personal Investor Crew Desktop
  • Incorporates market research and consumer trends to influence innovation, product direction, and cross-functional execution
  • Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew
  • Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions
  • Oversees digital product management activities for multiple digital products or one strategic product
  • Influences and collaborates with cross-functional teams to create best practices
  • Oversees digital product teams' support of messaging, communication, and customer outreach
  • Facilitates strong business support through working with team members
  • Drives connection across all appropriate internal and external stakeholders
  • Manages the entire product life cycle from strategy and planning through execution
  • Conducts market research and analyzes consumer trends to identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancement.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in product management
  • At least 3 years in innovation strategy and execution
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Graduate degree preferred
  • Good to have skills in product lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, market research, innovation strategy, and customer experience improvement
  • Strong understanding of digital product ecosystems and ability to work with engineering, marketing, and operations teams
  • Experience with custom and desktop application product management is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, team leadership, and time management skills
  • Preferred certifications include Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or Product Management certifications from Pragmatic Institute or AIPMM.
