About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leads cross-functional sales compensation strategy and execution projects,
- Supports the annual sales planning process
- Serves as a subject matter expert on sales compensation.
- Manages the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of sales compensation reporting and analysis.
- Supports sales compensation governance committee meetings and leadership communications.
- Drives process automation and optimization.
- Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates risks and project issues.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of five years related work experience
- Two years of managing a project preferred
- Financial Services and function-specific experience preferred
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required
- Graduate degree preferred
