About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Leads cross-functional sales compensation strategy and execution projects,
  • Supports the annual sales planning process
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on sales compensation.
  • Manages the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of sales compensation reporting and analysis.
