About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and measurable outcomes for Billing & Revenue products and capabilities.
Lead continuous product discovery to identify high‑value client, operational, and business opportunities across fee calculation, invoicing, revenue recognition, and reporting workflows.
Own backlog prioritization, story refinement, and iterative delivery, balancing speed, experimentation, and enterprise‑grade reliability, scalability, and control requirements.
Leverage AI tools across the product lifecycle—from research and synthesis to automation, quality improvement, and delivery acceleration.
Partner with engineering, UX, data, and audit teams to embed AI into workflows, improving development efficiency, testing, data access, and audit support.
Share AI best practices, prompting patterns, and tool guidance to upskill product teams and cross‑functional partners.
Serve as the primary product point of accountability for direction, prioritization, and trade‑offs across Billing & Revenue initiatives, including platform modernization and capability alignment.
Drive alignment across product, finance, accounting, engineering, and data stakeholders, navigating dependencies and resolving ambiguity.
Foster transparent communication and trust, enabling fast decision‑making and effective collaboration across teams and domains.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
Graduate degree preferred.
Minimum of five years related work experience.
Two years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred.
