Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and lead the execution of the enterprise-wide business intelligence strategy aligned with the company’s strategic goals
Define the BI vision and roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that drive business value and performance optimization
Champion the use of data storytelling to influence strategic decisions and drive business outcomes
Design and deliver intuitive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate key metrics, trends, and insights to senior leadership
Ensure complex data sets are presented in a way that is accessible, compelling, and tailored to the audience
Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations to support operational, financial, and strategic decisions
Identify and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs), business trends, risks, and opportunities across the organization
Lead advanced data analysis projects, including forecasting, segmentation, and scenario modeling
Serve as the primary BI partner for executive and senior business leaders, understanding their needs and delivering insights that drive value
Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Influence decision-making through compelling narratives backed by data, promoting a data-driven culture across the business
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across BI tools and reporting environments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data strategy roles
At least 5 years in a leadership capacity
Experience in the financial services industry or a similarly data-intensive environment
Expert-level proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and SQL
Proven track record of driving business performance through data-driven decision-making
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, especially at the executive level
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
