Build scalable, secure, and high-performing AI-powered chat experiences using agentic architectures.
Author and refine system prompts, skills, and tools.
Create agentic tools backed by APIs & MCP.
Influence Vanguard’s path to responsible AI adoption.
Implement robust tooling for evaluation, observability, monitoring, etc.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of five years related work experience, with at least one year of development experience.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Experience with Python and TypeScript; familiarity with Stencil is a plus.
Experience with AWS e.g. Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, CloudWatch.
Experience with Splunk, Honeycomb.
Passion for improving client experience through intelligent, intuitive digital solutions.
