About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Creates in-depth, compelling communications and positioning on a range of subjects
Exercises decision making authority and interacts with user experience test subjects
Displays versatility and demonstrates understanding of user experience principles
Partners with user experience team to set up tests, measure effectiveness, solve problems
Expertly presents and "sells" content and design solutions to senior management
Participates in discussions on user-centered design principles, visual design
Plans communication content in consideration of universal design principles
Provides creative direction and guidance on messaging and/or content strategy
Leads the creation of new approaches or processes
Serves as a mentor to less experienced writers
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Five years related work experience
Two years in user experience, digital marketing, or similar preferred
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
Graduate degree preferred
