Key responsibilities & impact

Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew
Oversees the execution of the sales and lead generation strategy for Retail
Develops a culture of ever present coaching; provides frequent and ongoing coaching of sales competencies
Personally participates in the sales process
Assists in the development of business and sales related goals
Recognizes VOC, market trends, competitive offerings, and opportunities for improvement
Guides team to maximize opportunities and support the consultative sales model
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of five years related work experience
Previous people leadership experience preferred
Prior experience in sales and business development organization preferred
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
Graduate degree preferred
