About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew
  • Oversees the execution of the sales and lead generation strategy for Retail
  • Develops a culture of ever present coaching; provides frequent and ongoing coaching of sales competencies
  • Personally participates in the sales process
  • Assists in the development of business and sales related goals
  • Recognizes VOC, market trends, competitive offerings, and opportunities for improvement
  • Guides team to maximize opportunities and support the consultative sales model

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of five years related work experience

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
