About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew
- Oversees the execution of the sales and lead generation strategy for Retail
- Develops a culture of ever present coaching; provides frequent and ongoing coaching of sales competencies
- Personally participates in the sales process
- Assists in the development of business and sales related goals
- Recognizes VOC, market trends, competitive offerings, and opportunities for improvement
- Guides team to maximize opportunities and support the consultative sales model
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of five years related work experience
- Previous people leadership experience preferred
- Prior experience in sales and business development organization preferred
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Graduate degree preferred
