Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a thought leader using advanced analytics and experiments to shape product roadmap
Mentor junior analysts and provide tactical and strategic guidance
Engage with internal partners to understand business strategy and goals
Bring structure to business requests and lead complex projects
Verify quality, accuracy, and reasonableness of structured and unstructured data
Perform analyses of historical data to surface trends and insights
Prepare visualizations and internal presentations translating insights into actionable solutions
Manage recurring analytic or reporting processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years related work experience within analytics
Experience using Python and SQL (Advanced)
Experience using visualization tools (Tableau)
Experience with experimentation and casual inference methods
Experience creating decks and presenting to senior stakeholders
Experience working under tight deadlines and meeting expectations
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
