About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manages programs or major workstreams of a broader program
  • Ensures that the scope of the program aligns with business priorities
  • Develops and maintains broad knowledge and awareness of Financial Services industry forces, competition, and trends
  • Monitors financial, legal, and regulatory environments
  • Communicate with stakeholders, leaders, team members, management, and department partners
  • Monitors project progress and results and submit regular status reports
  • Ensures the development and execution of business change management and communication plans
  • Builds and maintains relationships across program stakeholders
  • Drives key decisions to ensure alignment with overarching goals
  • Ensures all steps are taken to mitigate risk and maintains control, compliance, audit, and legal requirements
  • Maintains an appropriate level of technical and business knowledge
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
  • Contributes to the creation and implementation of project governance frameworks
  • Tracks and consolidate project dependencies, financials, and status updates across multiple initiatives
  • Supports training and mentoring of project staff on best practices in program management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of eight years related business experience
  • Financial Services and function-specific experience required
  • Minimum of four years project management experience
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required
  • Graduate degree preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Proficient in program lifecycle management, risk control frameworks, and change management strategies
  • Ability to handle complex interdependencies and manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience managing or supporting large, multi‑product portfolios in a complex organization
