About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • This is a product leader role on the Portfolio Services & Insights team
  • Lead our Advice data products and strategy in partnership with Technology, Risk, Compliance, users, and other stakeholders
  • Drive the strategic data agenda to transform the crew and client experience
  • Hire, evaluate, and supervise crew
  • Provide guidance and training as necessary to develop crew
  • Set performance standards, review performance, and make informed compensation decisions
  • Oversee digital product management activities for multiple digital products, or one strategic product, with cross-divisional impact
  • Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create best practices
  • Provide guidance and coaches digital product teams towards best practices and learnings
  • Oversee digital product teams' support of messaging, communication, and customer outreach
  • Facilitate strong business support through collaboration with team members
  • Drive connection across all internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead the planning, development and implementation of new products
  • Define and analyze markets, develop detailed product features and requirements
  • Participate in ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities
  • Manage the entire product life cycle from strategy and planning through execution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in product management
  • At least 3 years in innovation strategy and execution
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Graduate degree preferred
  • Good to have skills in product lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, market research, innovation strategy, and customer experience improvement
  • Strong understanding of digital product ecosystems
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, team leadership, and time management skills
  • Preferred certifications include Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or Product Management certifications from Pragmatic Institute or AIPMM
