About the role
- Connect with clients via inbound phone calls to assist with account-related inquiries
- Function as a subject-matter guide and cultivate an excellent client experience
- Respond to a wide range of inquiries from Personal Investor clients, including onboarding new clients and supporting retirement
- Maintain strong performance metrics
- Increase functional expertise through direct upskilling and training programs
- Lead with compassion and a problem-solving mentality to uncover client needs and provide timely and accurate solutions
- Participate in required hybrid licensing and training program and quarterly in-office collaboration activities
Requirements
- SIE is a mandatory requirement and must be obtained no later than 14 calendar days before identified start date
- Series 7 and 63 regulatory license and/or registration required (determined by Compliance)
- 3+ years of customer-facing and/or in-bound phone experience
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship management (CRM)
- High school, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree
- Must live within a 50-mile radius of our Malvern, PA (19355) location
- New hires may need to be full jurisdiction registered in all US states and territories
- Vanguard is not offering visa sponsorship for this position
