About the role
- Connect with clients via inbound phone calls to assist with account-related inquiries and provide excellent client experiences
- Function as a subject-matter guide and cultivate client trust
- Respond to a wide range of inquiries from Personal Investor clients, including onboarding new clients and supporting retirement questions
- Maintain strong performance metrics and increase functional expertise through upskilling and training programs
- Lead with compassion and a problem-solving mentality to uncover client needs and provide timely, accurate solutions
- Participate in a hybrid licensing and training program (around 7 months) before transitioning to remote work
- Engage in quarterly in-office collaboration activities to build teamwork and inclusion
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer-facing and/or in-bound phone experience
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship management (CRM) skills
- Desire for stability and longevity in a client service role
- Learner’s attitude and appetite to continuously build financial knowledge
- High school, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree
- Series 7 and 63 regulatory license and/or registration required (determined by Compliance)
- Must complete SIE and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licensing program (training provided)
- Must live within a 50-mile radius of Scottsdale, AZ (85260)
- New hires may need to be full jurisdiction registered in all US states and territories
