- Architects UX Strategy Across Programs
- Develops and leads user experience interface architecture strategies that align with business and marketing goals
- Drives initiatives that elevate the overall user journey and ensure cohesion across teams, platforms and touchpoints
- Leads Cross-Divisional Collaboration
- Partners with cross-functional team members, including product, engineering, analytics and research, to deliver high-impact experience solutions
- Coordinates creation and delivery of designs, prototypes, and documentation
- Regularly presents strategic recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders to influence direction and priorities
- Explores Emerging Technologies and Market Trends
- Maintains a strong awareness of evolving industry and market trends to inform strategic UX decisions and ensure solutions remain competitive and forward-thinking
- Applies Research and Data-Driven Insights
- Utilizes both qualitative and quantitative data and insights to inform decisions
- Synthesizes user feedback, behavioral data, and analytics to continuously refine and optimize the user experience
- Defines Experience Requirements and Guides Execution
- Collaborates with product owners and cross-functional team members to define user and business requirements
- Ensures strategic alignment from concept through delivery, partnering closely with development teams to maintain design integrity throughout execution
- Champions Strategic UX Initiatives and Special Projects
- Leads or contributes to special projects that advance UX maturity across the organization
- Takes initiative in identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and mentoring team members to foster a culture of design excellence.
Requirements
- Five years related work experience
- Two years of User Experience or User Interface experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in a creative or technical field
- Graduate degree preferred
- UX design and mobile app experience preferred.
