  • Architects UX Strategy Across Programs
  • Develops and leads user experience interface architecture strategies that align with business and marketing goals
  • Drives initiatives that elevate the overall user journey and ensure cohesion across teams, platforms and touchpoints
  • Leads Cross-Divisional Collaboration
  • Partners with cross-functional team members, including product, engineering, analytics and research, to deliver high-impact experience solutions
  • Coordinates creation and delivery of designs, prototypes, and documentation
  • Regularly presents strategic recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders to influence direction and priorities
  • Explores Emerging Technologies and Market Trends
  • Maintains a strong awareness of evolving industry and market trends to inform strategic UX decisions and ensure solutions remain competitive and forward-thinking
  • Applies Research and Data-Driven Insights
  • Utilizes both qualitative and quantitative data and insights to inform decisions
  • Synthesizes user feedback, behavioral data, and analytics to continuously refine and optimize the user experience
  • Defines Experience Requirements and Guides Execution
  • Collaborates with product owners and cross-functional team members to define user and business requirements
  • Ensures strategic alignment from concept through delivery, partnering closely with development teams to maintain design integrity throughout execution
  • Champions Strategic UX Initiatives and Special Projects
  • Leads or contributes to special projects that advance UX maturity across the organization
  • Takes initiative in identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and mentoring team members to foster a culture of design excellence.

Requirements

  • Five years related work experience
  • Two years of User Experience or User Interface experience
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in a creative or technical field
  • Graduate degree preferred
  • UX design and mobile app experience preferred.
