About the role
- Coach and mentor a team of tenured sales professionals
- Set clear goals and expectations, monitor performance
- Oversee the team's interactions with prospects and clients
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the team's performance
- Foster a collaborative environment across different sites
- Lead the onboarding process for new apprentices
- Identify and resolve issues that arise within the team

Requirements
- Minimum of five years related work experience
- Previous people leadership experience preferred
- Prior experience in sales and business development organization preferred
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Graduate degree preferred
- Licenses required for the role: Series 7, 66, and 24. It is strongly preferred that applicants currently hold these licenses.
