About the role
- Responsible for the growth and nurturing of the west coast mid-large market client book in the retirement business
- Accountable for growing lifetime value with existing clients
- Driving client satisfaction and delivering on sales goals
- Client retention & satisfaction and building commercial capabilities across the team
- Manages staff and provides guidance, coaching, training, and motivation as necessary to develop staff
- Responsible for retention, satisfaction, and growth of clients within their assigned segment
- Coaches crew to strategically navigate organizations with a strong commercial orientation
- Responsible for setting a clear growth and retention strategy for assigned market segment
Requirements
- Eight years financial services experience
- At least four years in a senior level client or prospect relationship role
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Graduate degree preferred
- Job requires a regulatory license and/or registration (e.g. FINRA, state, SFC)
