About the role
- Manages staff and provides guidance, training and motivation.
- Follows corporate disciplinary procedures.
- Sets performance standards and reviews performance.
- Leads a team of sales trainers and develops their expertise.
- Partners with senior leadership to execute the division's sales strategy.
- Manages training delivery and oversees the training team.
- Tracks and reports training metrics such as attendance and certification pass rates.
- Owns stakeholder management for training and delivery programs.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years related work experience.
- Previous people leadership experience required.
- Prior experience in a sales organization and sales training preferred.
- Must be experienced in developing and executing sales training delivery strategies.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
