About the role

  • Establishes and maintains vendor relationships
  • Helps negotiate favorable pricing in partnership with ESM
  • Reports on vendor performance
  • Reviews SOC reports
  • Oversees vendor risk
  • Manages incidents
  • Helps offboard if needed
  • Leads the management of vendor relationships of moderate to high scope and complexity
  • Maintains active and positive relationships with designated points of contact with key vendors
  • Discusses, resolves, or escalates risk and performance related issues
  • Leads the monitoring of post contract performance of the vendor
  • Makes change recommendations
  • Develops and maintains strong internal and external relationships
  • Manages cross-departmental and cross-divisional projects
  • Coordinates the resolution of operational problems and issues for assigned critical vendors
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Three years related work experience
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Stakeholder management experience is required
  • Project management experience is required
  • Supply chain or procurement experience is helpful
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
