About the role
- Establishes and maintains vendor relationships
- Helps negotiate favorable pricing in partnership with ESM
- Reports on vendor performance
- Reviews SOC reports
- Oversees vendor risk
- Manages incidents
- Helps offboard if needed
- Leads the management of vendor relationships of moderate to high scope and complexity
- Maintains active and positive relationships with designated points of contact with key vendors
- Discusses, resolves, or escalates risk and performance related issues
- Leads the monitoring of post contract performance of the vendor
- Makes change recommendations
- Develops and maintains strong internal and external relationships
- Manages cross-departmental and cross-divisional projects
- Coordinates the resolution of operational problems and issues for assigned critical vendors
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Three years related work experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Stakeholder management experience is required
- Project management experience is required
- Supply chain or procurement experience is helpful
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
