About the role
- Establishes and maintains vendor relationships
- Negotiate favorable pricing in partnership with ESM
- Reports on vendor performance and reviews SOC reports
- Oversees vendor risk and manages incidents
- Leads the management of vendor relationships of moderate to high scope and complexity
- Maintains active and positive relationships with designated points of contact with key vendors
- Leads the monitoring of post contract performance of the vendor based on performance across major risk domains and makes change recommendations
- Develops and maintains strong internal and external relationships
Requirements
- Three years related work experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Stakeholder management experience is required
- Project management experience is required
- Supply chain or procurement experience is helpful
