About the role
- Develop and facilitate prioritized AI learning workshops
- Partner with stakeholders to design learning content
- Be a Coach and an informal leader on the team
- Design/ customize and facilitate critical skills workshops
- Strengthen 70/20/10 learning through Communities of Practice and skill guilds
Requirements
- Minimum of eight years related work experience
- At least three years of development experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Graduate degree preferred
- Strong facilitation skills
- Technical expertise including AI skills & tools
- Familiar with Vibe Coding / AI Assisted Development Tools
- Experience with social learning strategies (CoPs, guilds) preferred
